What “legit” should mean here
For a China buying agent, legitimacy is less about a single certificate and more about a repeatable process: you can log into an account, see order status, review warehouse photos, return before international shipping, and track a parcel with a real carrier label.
- You should see purchase → warehouse intake → QC photos → submit parcel as separate stages.
- Refund / return rules should be readable before you pay Stage 2 freight.
- Support tickets should reference your order ID — not only Discord DMs.
Practical checks before a large top-up
Start small. A first order with one or two items teaches the workflow cheaper than a maxed cart.
