Step-by-step overview

Use this sequence as a simple checklist. Each step is explained in more detail below.

1. Start in a category, not a mixed feed

Open Shoes, Hoodies, Outerwear, Bags, or another lane so you compare similar items side by side. A focused lane makes quality and price ranges easier to judge.

• Shortlist two or three options instead of buying the first card you like.
• Prefer cards with QC badges when you want stronger photo confidence.
• Skip incomplete or oddly translated titles until you open the photos.

2. Open the live listing and verify details

Click through to the product page before you commit. Marketplace stock rotates quickly, so spreadsheet rows are discovery shortcuts — not permanent inventory.

• Confirm price, colorways, and size chart on the live page.
• Read seller notes for run-small / run-large warnings.
• Check that photos match the variant you actually want.

3. Copy the full product URL

Copy the complete Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or other marketplace URL. Partial links and screenshots are a common reason orders fail or pull the wrong item.

• Use the full URL from the browser address bar or listing share panel.
• Avoid shortened share strings when a full product link is available.
• Keep the link ready so you can paste it into the order form cleanly.

4. Place the order with the live product link

Paste the full URL into your Sugargoo account, choose the exact size and color from the listing, then complete the domestic product step so the item can move toward warehouse intake.

• Select the precise variant — do not assume “default” is correct.
• Add a short note if the page is ambiguous (example: “EU 42 / black pair”).
• Finish the domestic product step first; international shipping comes later.

5. Wait for warehouse intake — then review QC

QC means warehouse quality-check photos. After domestic delivery and warehouse sign-in, free photos usually appear for your order. That set is what you approve — not the preview images you saw while browsing this guide.

• Compare style, color, and obvious defects to what you expected.
• Pause if something looks wrong and use keep/return or support flows when available.
• Do not submit international shipping until QC looks acceptable.

6. Submit the international parcel last

Combine stored items into one parcel only after QC. Estimate international shipping, then submit. Shipping cost is separate from the product step.

• Drop or return rejects before you lock shipping.
